Order Changes & Cancellations

Our orders are packaged and shipped out quickly after they are placed to ensure that your sneakers arrive as soon as possible. Because of this, any changes to your order (including address changes, product changes, or cancellations) must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee any changes will be able to be made after your order has been placed. 

You may request exchange or return for any personal reason (i.e. size doesn't fit or you don't like the color or style) within 14 days of having received the shoes and the returned shoes should be unused. Please note that, if the return is caused by personal reasons, the original shipping fee (as listed below) will be deducted from the total amount when issuing refunds.
