You may request exchange or return for any personal reason (i.e. size doesn't fit or you don't like the color or style) within 14 days of having received the shoes and the returned shoes should be unused. Please note that, if the return is caused by personal reasons, the original shipping fee (as listed below) will be deducted from the total amount when issuing refunds.
