Yes, we work with our roasting team to guarantee  fresh quality coffee. Additionally, our coffee has a best by date for you to know when it's best to brew

Do you buy shoes?

Are sneakers legit?

We use Legitmark and other tools to inspect our products to guarantee authenticity. We will also provide you with a certificate of authenticity. For our streetwear, we work directly with the manufacturers to bring you these deals. Our background is in reverse logistics, so we have relationships with manufacturers, retail stores, and online marketplaces to ensure we provide you with authentic products. What forms of payment do you accept?

Any pre-paid gift card with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover logo / insignia on it will be processed like an actual credit / debit card and only one credit card can be used per order. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Klarma.

What can cause my order to be delayed?

If the billing information you provided does not match what your bank has on file (including address and telephone number), your order may be delayed. Orders can also be delayed by inclement weather, or other natural disasters. In this case, USPS will track and notify you of delays in your area.

Do you do back orders?

If a product states Backordered then we will provide you with estimated turnaround time. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging. Used or damaged items may not qualify for a refund. For more info please refer to our return policy page.
